Does anyone know whether the non-standard 1080p (240p 5x) signal from OSSC is compatible with the HDfury Vertex, which could then double the output to 4k?

Maybe but remember 1080p on OSSC is cropped anyway. 1200P would have been great. I wish I could understand why HD Fury chose to limit scaling from 1080p sources only. A decent scaling engine that could take all resolutions would have made this device a must have, even at its high price point.

Edit – HD Fury said the reason is that it would require a custom FPGA design and cost thousands.. makes sense actually, should have thought of that!
